RandomSwap

The following are early founding team members of RandomSwap. Each brings a special talent to the project, each with their own history and experience. Each team member has their own title and responsibilities. If you’d like to speak to one of them specifically, please reach out to us via email at randomswap@protonmail.com WITH THE TEAM MEMBER’S NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE.

Amar Singh

Amar Singh is an Indian-American computer scientist who has spent the last two years working as a contributor for some of the top DeFi projects in the space. He is from Seattle, Washington and recently relocated in order to begin working with us on RandomSwap. He has more than a decade of experience working in the field of computer science and project development. He has built several successful smartphone apps, and has been a vital asset of many of the top projects thousands of people in the blockchain space use every single day. Currently Amar serves as Technical Lead for RandomSwap and we could not have made it where we are without him.

Alexander (Alex) Patel

Alexander Patel is an American-born computer programmer. He has been a contributor for projects like Ethereum and 1Inch. He has spent the better part of 5 years actively working in the space. Much like many of the team, Alex recently relocated from his home state of Illinois to become a part of RandomSwap. He currently serves as Development Lead where his work has been instrumental in keeping our timeline on track.

Aya Reynolds

Aya Reynolds in not only a standard team member for RandomSwap, but also one of the founders of the project. Combined with her two other counterparts, Aya created the idea that we now know as RandomSwap. She is a 28 year old American who has spent her entire adult life as a leader. She has founded multiple successful ventures, including the creation of one company that she sold to Google in 2013. Following her successful entrepreneurial ventures, Aya was introduced to the blockchain space in 2015. During her formative years in the space Aya served as an asset within the communities for projects like MakerDAO, Tezos, and EOS. Her work in the space made her familiar with projects that make up the institution we know as Decentralized Finance. Ultimately Aya realized that there was something missing in this sector of the space, leading her to conceptualize the revolution that RandomSwap will become. Currently Aya serves as Chief Communications Officer (COO) for RandomSwap.

David Wong

David Wong is a native of the southern US, though relocating a short distance to join our team here at RandomSwap. After obtaining his Masters degree in computer science David began exploring the ins and outs of many of the standard DeFi projects that have existed over the past few years. He was introduced to RandomSwap by his friend Amar (aforementioned), ultimately deciding that the project had everything he thought was missing from the projects already in existence. David is perhaps one of the most worldly members of our team, having spent several years travelling the world — visiting countries throughout Europe, Asia, and Africa, before returning home. He speaks 4 different languages, not including the coding languages he is familiar with ;). If any of you have any questions but do not speak English, he is the man to reach out to. At RandomSwap David serves in the role of Marketing Lead.

Rachel Nguyen

Rachel Nguyen (Pronounced Wen) is our Jane-of-All-Trades here at RandomSwap. Alongside Aya, she makes up one third of the founding members of the project. She is from Southern California, having moved across the entire United States in order to join up with her cohorts to form RandomSwap. Rachel has a degree in Business Development and Marketing, with a focus on digital entrepreneurship. She spent the two years immediately following graduation working as Digital Marketing Lead for a certain retail company whose name starts with “Over” and ends with a synonym for “wares”. Upon realizing that her talents would be better suited for a project of her own creation Rachel decided to band together with her friends who had this crazy idea about dethroning the leading projects in the blockchain space. Despite not having a very thorough understanding of the space, Rachel took a leap of faith, moved across the country, and begin leveraging her skills and natural talents in order to create something that has the ability to revolutionize the entire space as a whole. She has earned her position with RandomSwap as co-COO, while simultaneously working as Communications Director.

Callen Lee

Callen Lee is the last piece of the puzzle that makes up the founders of RandomSwap. He joined Aya and Rachel in the Southeastern portion of the US in late 2020 to start work on what has become RandomSwap. He has more than five years of experience in the space, having worked for projects like Ethereum, Uniswap, Bitcoin Cash, Celo, and GovernorDAO. He has worked not only as contributing developer for many of these projects, but also as community ambassador for most of them. He has made honest efforts in the past to develop his own DeFi project that solves many of the problems common throughout the space today, but ultimately decided to join together with others to accomplish this — seeing that there is power in numbers, and that leaning on others allows the group to benefit from the best of every member. He is a self-taught computer scientist and security expert. Some of his work has involved contributing to antivirus company Kaspersky. All of his experience and practice has provided him with a superfluity of gifts that he is now using to help implement RandomSwap in just the perfect way. As a founding member of the team, Callen serves as Chief Executive Officer and Project Lead for RandomSwap. Because he is very busy with the responsibilities that come along with these positions, Callen is often not able to interact with the public. However, he has insisted that he be involved as a host of a quarterly Ask Me Anything (AMA) for all investors and participants in RandomSwap. This has led to us creating a venue to provide for this. The details of this will be discussed below.

Shown above are all of the Early Team members and Founding Team members. Behind each of these individuals is a plethora of developers, community advocated, moderators, and other helpful participants in the development of our project. We will be doing a timely article on each and every one of these contributors at a later date. Each one of them has helped with our vision in creating RandomSwap in a way that cannot be described in this short paragraph. We want to thank each and every one of you — you know who you are.

Furthermore, we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team, in a vast range of capacities. If you know someone who might be interested in joining us, please send them our way or have them reach out via Twitter or email. They will not regret it!!

We at RandomSwap appreciate the time you have taken to familiarize yourselves with our team. As we mentioned above, we will be hosting an AMA every quarter. Each one will include the Project Lead — Callen Lee, along with at least one other member of the leadership team and assorted members of the greater team. The link for this AMA will be shared via Twitter several times starting at least one week prior to each event. If any of you would like to join, keep an eye out on our Twitter. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out via Twitter or via email at randomswap@protonmail.com.

Thanks again and KEEP IT RANDOM!
